By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

Jajora provides software development, design, and consulting services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work or agreement.

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Jajora and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Work product ownership will be defined in individual project agreements.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

In no event shall Jajora be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past twelve months.
